Marketing Planning Masterclass

This 4 hour marketing masterclass will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and understanding of the marketing process you need to plan your marketing strategy and track your marketing activities now, and in the future. During the 1-2-1 session, we’ll go through all elements of the marketing strategy and help you apply them to your business.

The marketing planning masterclass is a 1-2-1 session ideal for small, medium businesses, start ups and entrepreneurs who want to head in the right direction with their marketing.

Many small, medium businesses, start ups and entrepreneurs dive straight into the marketing activities and are overwhelmed with all the new trends and how much there is to do.

With a little bit of planning and focus you can be in control of your marketing. By producing a marketing strategy and plan this will guide your business strengths based on your resources available and also plan your time so you are not overwhelmed and doing all marketing activities at once but choosing the most appropriate ones for your business.

The marketing planning masterclass is a 4 hour 1-2-1 session where we will go through the marketing planning process and apply this to your business. The session can be split into 2 x 2 hour sessions as this allows time to take in what you’ve learnt in the first 2 hours and process ready for the final session.

During the sessions we will look at 4 main areas:

Where you are now

looking at the situational analysis and what can affect your business externally politically, economically, socially, technologically, legally and environmentally (also known as a PESTLE analysis) and internally looking at your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (also known as a SWOT analysis) and externally go through your target audience, your competitors, your brand, your team.
